@amit_pawa @mjoldman …and we can vary our use of a FNB, from either a catheter or single shot long acting (for trauma in particular) or a shorter block to help smooth out landing into PACU..or even a rescue block to break the pain cycle. DEFFO consider a FNB giving a GA (yuk)for a TKA😛

This article is spot on. We probably do some of our patients a disservice chasing unrealistic goals. We need to formally consider real world trajectories for each patient rather than apply a one sizes fits all philosophy, and tailor the anaesthetic plan accordingly.
