Couldn’t agree more. Real PoCUS mostly qualitative in nature. Looking for gross abnormalities that can explain a clinical finding.
Being good at emergency ultrasound does not mean learning to do fancy measurements It means becoming really good at interpreting a black and white clip and spotting serious pathology And you only get that ability by looking at hundreds of scans #POCUS
