Even on lists where I can't find a block, I can still find an excuse to scan! Here's 4 gastric POCUS scans. Can you pick which patient was taking Mounjaro? Assuming ASA2, lithotomy, 30 min cases. How are you going to anaesthetise them? LMA? ETT? Spinal? https://t.co/D9defKS8sO

Loved the article on intrathecal lidocaine @jeffgadsden Got us thinking 1. 2% lidocaine often mislabeled as isobaric when it's hypobaric e.g.xylocaine 2. There's never been a reported case of TNS with hypobaric lidocaine https://t.co/kA4Fee5Luw @BlockIt_Hot_Pod @RAPMOnline
