For those of us who have had the good fortune to use the @TheGautrain know what a ridiculous post this is. @TheGautrain service is excellent 99% of the time, so I choose to applaud those involved (rather than be critical)
So this is the first thing that happens when I get back to South Africa... We're standing on the platform laughing at how bad the customer service at @TheGautrain has become.

Just an observation: People it is so much more enjoyable to focus on the glory & wonder of our #Springboks arriving back home than to engage in meaningless banter with bitter losers. I, for one, will now only engage in happiness of what was & not in debate of what was not ❤️
