Water temp at Challenge Roth this weekend approaching 25 degrees C & organisers doing fine job of updating athletes as to whether it’ll be a mandatory non-wetsuit swim. Probably a reality here that you shouldn’t be entering if you can’t swim 2.4 miles without wearing neoprene.

Sam Perkins said farewell last night. This is a short recap from 2023 when a buckled wheel kiboshed the London marathon attempt. Sam returned and completed the event last year, raising yet more thousands for MND research. He is the best of us. RIP mate
