Breaking rules is the norm in Pune now. No policemen on roads and signals, no imposition of fines. It is terrifying to drive on the roads these days. Rule breakers are ruling the streets. When will you realise Pune's plight, @CPPuneCity @Dev_Fadnavis? After it is beyond repair?

India has 100cr adults. About 60 cr of them are in labour force, and more than 55 cr actually work. Only 12cr odd Indian adults are in salaried jobs. India is creating more jobs every year, but salaried jobs less so. But net job cuts in banks, tech firms? Genuinely baffled.
