A reminder that it DOES NOT MATTER if you hire more Black people if you don’t ALSO have the tools and culture to support them. They’ll either suffer through it until they find something better or, if they can, leave when they realize you care more about perception than people.

I think the greatest part of the @bigcashmoneyfam community has been seeing what people learn from each other. Routinely, we see the following: "I charge $X for Y" "I charge $2X for Y! You should ask for more" Asks for more Client doesn't bat an eye. 🤑

Does anyone have a BSL (British Sign Language) lead? My team has exhausted several avenues to retain a BSL interpreter for a pre-recorded interview for Mon., 5/20 at 10am-11am EST / 3pm-4pm UK. Please let me know if you know folks who can do that day, or another day in May.

5. we’re so focused on single owner metrics that devrel self sabotages companies get so focused on creating OKRs with single owners. devrel can’t realistically own things like top of funnel growth because too much is out of their control

Anyone using Shopify able to help me figure how to ship to pickup points? Searching didn’t help and @ShopifySupport AI just keeps pointing me to a setting I don’t have. I’m guessing it’s only available to more expensive plans (and hoping I’m wrong)… 😬

friends who know ML stuff: is there a way to passively listen to mic input for key phrases? use case: user allows mic input, then they can say things like "dashboard" or "dark mode" and that triggers an action, but all other audio is discarded, not sent to someone's cloud, etc.
