I’m really really big on the growth of niche interest clubs. Less content for broad reach and more curated content for specific interest groups
THIS chart is the CLEAREST signal of where the internet is heading. social media time is SHRINKING for the first time in HISTORY, and young people are leading the pullback. Brainrot is OUT. they grew up online, saw the full cycle of social platforms, and learned early that

I love sharing my own journey as an EM, but my story is just that: mine. Over the next few months, I’ll be chatting with engineering leaders about their journeys, the mistakes that shaped them, and the lessons that stuck. Want to share your story? https://t.co/jx4L7xyrml

Rejoined the standing desk crew (@UPLIFTDesk) but added a @urevosports walking pad so my Garmin stops begging me to get more than 4,000 steps in a day (Cable management to come)

I have zero regrets about my path. I often spend time reflecting on how my life would look had I never made the change, and I honestly can't say I'd be better off. The new role, new vertical, and expanded focus all did me a world of good.

People always told me I'd move back into entrepreneurship after announcing I was shutting down my agency to join another company. While that may be true at some point in the future, I can say that joining a company has made me a more well-rounded engineering leader.
