Hey @KarenMillen. I’ve now been waiting 3 weeks for a refund. And the only reason I had to return the item is because your sizing is so unreliable. Is this a normal timescale? I keep being “assured” it’s being processed.

Simply awful message from the UK Govt - come here to care for our loved ones, but don't bring your loved ones with you. A race to the bottom on migration is not only morally abhorrent but economically illiterate. These plans will only damage social care & those who rely on it.
