File extension, file taxes at the deadline but don’t pay anything, get a letter, get a red letter, BFCM cash hits, pay taxes. Every single year when you’re in Ecom and growing.
@Seanfrank The way inventory sits on a balance sheet and is not deductible is legitimately the worst designed flaw. It makes Ecom 1000000x harder than most things. Always fun owing more in tax then you have in the bank account. PS this is how I know you Ecom children do 1. Don’t pay tax

No one listens but - when you give a Shopify app access to do refunds so things like returns processing and WMS - you are trusting that app with your entire revenue. Really. If they get hacked, the hacker can refund all your recent orders and it is irreversible. Security

Setting up a Line of Credit is the marshmallow test for ecom businesses. A bunch of paper work in year 1, cheap and easy debt ever after. I've been with TD for over a decade for my ecom business and they've been amazing. Go talk to a local bank and make it happen. h/t @EDunion

Lines of Credit...so many businesses/brands sleep on this. Go meet a local banker (think small regional bank) and ask for a working capital LOC. This will take you SOOO far as you get things rolling. The credit card shuffle will only last you so long.

Origin is a brand we’ve been proud to work with for many years, and that I personally buy from and Pete is the real deal. Buy American, pick up one of the products by @ORIGINBJJ
Can't make this up. The blue hoody Madura was posing with today is from a company called Origin, and the founder was inspired by our revolutionaries, and is against communism. Read his letter from the founder he has on their website. And.... The color if the hoody is called
