A few thoughts on browse abandon flows that will 2-3x performance with minimal effort:. Your browse abandon flow should not spam the same product over and over. Yes, maybe they were interested in the product. BUT maybe they also clicked the product and browsed something else.

Instead of telling the consumer about the discount 5 times via SMS, why not just tell them what the top products are with the most reviews in separate texts?. If you use a discount app like Abra (not affiliated), the code will show up when they go to the site either way.
