You’re worrying about Joe Biden’s age when the old men you should be worried about are the ones on the Supreme Court. Next President very likely could get 2 appointments— you want it to be the predatory convicted felon or the grandpa with the cough and stutter?

Another octopus from the great Lego spill of 1997 has just turned up! It was found today by 13-year-old Liutauras on the shores of the ancient Cornish market town of Marazion and is one of 4,200 Lego octopuses lost to the sea 27 years ago. Many thanks to Vytautas Cemolonskas for

Your periodic reminder that less ice at the Arctic is consistent with a weaker jet stream that allows cold air to drift down into the Great Plains. The frigid temps you're experiencing happen BECAUSE of a warming planet, not in spite of it.

I've said before: perhaps the most difficult part of political analysis for the engaged & informed is keeping in mind that the American public is deeply, thoroughly ignorant of even the most basic political facts.

Okay, but this is a pretty neat solution. 😍
Pac-Man the Harris Hawk has been so effective at humanely keeping pigeons (and their droppings) away from El Cerrito del Norte station that tomorrow BART Board will vote to expand program to 12 BART stations. Look for Pac-Man at a station near you next year!

“You’re a slut and a whore for the algorithm. I couldn’t do it anymore. You can never feed it enough. You start out making art, and hoping that the door will open. You’re looking for that viral moment so it opens up the door and you can do the thing full time. But you start to

This is wild.
I obtained surveillance footage of the self-driving Tesla that abruptly stopped on the Bay Bridge, resulting in an eight-vehicle crash that injured 9 people including a 2 yr old child just hours after Musk announced the self-driving feature. Full story: https://t.co/LaEvX9TzxW

What an insanely disappointing development. Shame on you @CityofBerkeley!

The kite shop owner who ran the fest for over 30 years says Berkeley's over $40,000 fee hike means the end for the Berkeley Marina tradition.

My Grandpa Dave told me he was sure he was gay when he was moving into his dorm room freshman year of college and there was a boy “with the prettiest eyes;” after Grandpa passed, I learned from my mother who that boy was.
