Someone made a version of @CSGO's Inferno where you can destroy parts of the map. The thing is very ambitious and is something a lot of people wanted to do in the past, myself included. The madlad took almost a year to wreck the whole thing, it's amazing.

There is an AWP in the water, @CounterStrike. If I save an AWP for s1mple and he has an AK, I throw him the AWP, it hits the water. How does he now find the AWP in a pro match? Maybe the flow of water should clear the entire spawn area so this is not getting in the way of pro CS.

Valve wants to prevent / reduce massively the usage of console commands by players. They're adapting the game toward including the things people did with commands so you don't have to type them anymore. It's about streamlining the game. Abusing commands probably pissed em off.
