My cents: 1.policy-making needs to be fast and agile. Delay have caused the market to go offshore, exposed more ppl at risk. 2.Merkel Tree Root disclosure should be required for all crypto exchanges as a proof of reserve, security token should not be their own Monopoly money.
The collapse of one of the largest crypto platforms shows how much of the industry appears to be smoke and mirrors. We need more aggressive enforcement and I'm going to keep pushing @SECGov to enforce the law to protect consumers and financial stability.
