I'm horrified, but unsurprised by the events in DC today. Doubly horrified at the the fact that Trump supporters are able to walk all over our capital unopposed while BLM protesters were gassed and beaten for simply gathering. Inequality has never been more obvious.

The National Guard that has been requested needs a final approval from Trump's Defense Department in order to deploy. I hope someone tracks the time from request to authorization. This insanity does NOT bode well for the Inauguration in two weeks. A total security failure.
