Two Towers is the comp I kept coming back to with The Bone Temple, and I think that’s by design. It’s transitory and transitional, but it’s also very self contained. It makes this world all the richer.
I think everyone involved knowing its a Two Towers off the bat makes a lot of its choices easier to understand
