Also. And this is a little mean. Marvel and its stable of artists in 2025 just do not have the sauce that they had in the 90s. Marquez does a great Sensual One with C&D. Among the issue's best. But there are simply too few pieces and hardly any are horny like they should be.

I like the plot, but there should only be 3-4 pages of it, tops, instead of 10-11. Its also rich as hell to reuse art from old variants, then end on a joke of nobody caring about swimsuit specials now that the internet exists. The authenticity is the point!!.

Swimsuit Special kind of a letdown. Doesn't really have its heart in it, and doesn't understand why the 90s ones actually felt like special little parties.
