Last week I became a #MHFAider, to support others when experiencing poor mental health. As a #healthcare professional, a #coach and #schwartzfacilitator it seemed irresponsible not too, wouldn't think twice helping someone in physical pain. #MentalHealthAwareness @MHFAEngland

#High5Friday, my brain is frazzled just like in the picture 🤯. I’ve been learning about the neuroscience of coaching for behavioural change 🧠 this week. I now need a rest. Fascinating stuff & I can’t stop thinking how every one & every organisation should learn some of this 🤔

I nearly convinced myself not to do this because I’m feeling tired. I then reminded myself how #high5friday is 1). A healthy way to end the week, 2). An opportunity to show gratitude & 3). Another way for me to show my appreciation to those around me. Have a lovely weekend
