Congrats @VUCellImaging on the NIMH S10 to get an EM-ICE Nano High-Pressure Freezer! The freezer is capable of vitrifying live samples up to 300 µm and it can stimulate samples electrically or with light illumination to capture biological events such as synaptic transmission.
