We have an open #TID fellowship position @VUMC_IDFellows. @VUMCTransplant is a high-volume transplant center ( lung, heart, kidney, pancreas, liver) with a diverse patient population and pathology. The program has expanded to 6 faculty members and APRN.

This is why only true experts should be allowed to make these decisions. So they aren't driven by irrational panic. And are instead driven by cold, hard facts. What bugs, cause what infxns, resistant to what abx? Start with that. Then you move to, ok, what abx cover those bugs.
