UTS VC's town hall just now announced projected *further* job losses in 2021 of 100-150 staff. Areas targeted for restructuring? Business. Eng & IT. Science. ITS STEM CUTS. GREAT JOB TEHAN!

After announcing an additional 100-150 FTE jobs are being cut at UTS, including 50-75 FTE academics mainly from Business, FEIT and Science, the VC directs us to the counselling service and LinkedIn Learning????

Push back hard on casuals' loss of email access. Your colleagues will back you. Many Unis have tried and failed to do this before.
