New to this app called Twitter. Definitely new, definitely. Former Democrat who wised up.

I sat for an interview along with @DataRepublican, @earlyvotedata, @ChristianHeiens about how the “modelers” always fail at elections and how a bunch of anons like us didn’t 👍.
While pundits kept saying it was too close to call, an informal network on X of mostly unpaid number-crunchers in October were already accurately predicting Trump's romp: The New Election Gurus

You don’t need to justify arresting 100 illegals or 100,000 illegals. Arresting all of them is correct. All must go home.
@shipwreckedcrew So you are looking for 6 people, arrest 100 people, and then call all 100 criminals and rapists to justify the action. That's not "collateral", that is dropping a 30 ton bomb in the middle of a city because there are criminals there.

Trump admin probably wants Murphy to try something tbh. It’s driving SCOTUS crazy and the crazier they get the more likely they snap and start NAPALMing the lower courts.
Ok -- I had to step away for a couple of hours, and now that I'm back I see that the matter has, very likely, been resolved. Judge Moss in DC convened a Zoom conference at 12:30 ET. Reports are that the conference ended around 3:00 ET. The DOJ attorney advised him that a.

You are stupid Kyle lol. Murphy can’t do anything.
MOSS has formally transfered the case to Judge Murphy's court. The question is if he can take it up and consider emergency relief in time for the deportation tonight -- and if he will go there, considering the Supreme Court's rebuke on Thursday.

“Almost self-evident” but apparently not factually evident because SCOTUS said they can.
MOSS: “It’s almost self-evident that the United States government cannot take human beings and send them to circumstances where their physical well being is at risk simply to punish them or to send a signal to others.".

Nah be serious. SCOTUS should suspend this new judge. They have the power to do so.
@RealJackDBishop Supreme Court said in DVD (initials) 2.0 that the district court was obviously wrong, was wrong to rely on a dissent, and anymore shenanigans would justify DOJ to seek mandamus. This seems like shenanigans! Hopefully they reassign too -- send a clear notice to *stop*.

This isn’t how any of this works.
BREAKING: In a new case, Judge Randolph Moss issued an administrative stay this morning blocking the Trump admin from "moving, transferring, or removing from U.S. custody" the eight men the U.S. wants to send to South Sudan while the stay remains in effect. More to come at Law

Jackson and Sotomayor have begun to cite their own dissents in their dissents. Not controlling precedent, because there is none, but dissents they themselves wrote. None of this is good for the left. ACB has to just be over it
Justices are so sick of this sh*t they’re telling Trump admin to file for mandamus should they need assistance enforcing matters. Good job retards
