Volunteer and Community Fair Event April 16
The City of St. John’s in partnership with the Community Sector Council NL is hosting a Volunteer and Community Fair Event to help connect residents with volunteer opportunities. Volunteers help make our city a better place to live,
I believe this gives the City leeway by resolution to charge water tax as it sees fit based on classification. So create a classification for seniors who own a two-apartment home and this should solve the problem for seniors who do not want the stress of renting their basement
This year's theme is Lift Each Other Up, focusing on having greater acceptance, respect, and inclusion for everyone and supporting those who may have been impacted by bullying.

Oil industry is global/connected.We export 6.5X what we import.The cry 4 stopping the importing of foreign oil will lead to price increases. 77% imports from US by pipeline(most efficient method). If we let govts dictate the market then efficiency decreases & costs increase.
