Good example of fake news in weight loss pharmacology. 👇👇Increasing natural GLP-1 will never achieve similar weight loss as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Don‘t believe such bogus articles 👇👇

Another important piece in the GIP puzzle by @seeleyrj and Team. Great work from a great group💪👍💐
Our latest on understanding GIP agonism v antagonism. Shout out to @TimoMueller_IDO since lots of this work replicated work from his group. We tried to take it a little farther. Genetic loss of GIP signaling in CNS increases weight loss to GLP-1 agonists. 💪

Great work by @LickertHeiko and team!! Congrats!!
Thrilled to share one of our biggest discoveries: “Inceptor binds to and directs insulin towards lysosomal degradation in beta cells”. https://t.co/GKx6eslJz0 A tremendous collaborative effort led by @JohannaSiehler, @BilekovaSara and other members of the @LickertHeiko lab.

Interesting reviewer comment from a respected journal used to justify rejection of our work: „a number of genetic studies have assessed the role of leptin receptors in POMC neurons, showing that LepRs expressed by POMC cells only modestly regulate body weight.“ I have no words…
