Yet another example of one of my least favorite and most persistent media narratives around climate, that it’s something you can just move away from. Climate impacts will be widespread and unpredictable. The only “climate haven” is addressing the problem globally with solutions.
One thing Asheville underscores for me is the inadequacy of so many media narratives about "climate havens."
