I didn’t return to this bot-filled cesspool just to report on wars as usual. I came back to help fight an information war for those who can’t. Most of my geopolitical coverage still happens at night, when those events unfold.

The Israeli conflict still exists. Pakistan and India are simmering as usual. The Iran flare-up ended on its own timeline. And none of the others were actual wars to begin with. As for Ukraine, he's siding with the invader.

Last year, there was a bipartisan Senate bill that expanded enforcement, added more immigration judges, and tightened asylum rules. Republicans supported it until Trump told them to kill it so Biden wouldn’t get the credit. They tanked their own bill for his politics.

This is where immigration enforcement becomes real. DOJ is hiring deportation judges to combat fraud, enforce the law, and restore order to our Immigration Courts. If you’re ready to decide cases with national impact, apply now: https://t.co/4WOaFUw4tL

CBS reviewed Trump’s claim of $18 trillion in new investments and found no evidence for it. Companies called those numbers aspirations, not commitments, and recent GDP data shows investment declined.

So the plan is to blame prices that are rising now on a president who left office a year ago, instead of the one actually running things today?

Q: What are you expecting the president's economic message to be? GOP Sen. McCormick: I think the message is that we inherited a trainwreck from the Biden administration

Fact Check: True. Trump visited Moscow in 1987, then came home and bought full-page ads in major newspapers calling for the U.S. to pull back from its alliances.

As a reminder, Trump went to Moscow in 1987, came back, and immediately paid for a full page ad in the New York Times calling for withdrawing from international alliances. Once you’re in the KGB’s grip, you never leave it.

You can be a sheep and accept Elon Musk's groundless claim that the EU is attacking free speech. Or you can try to understand why the EU is fining Twitter. It is not an attack on free speech.

@TheWarMonitor NATO should just take the skies and wipe the Russian military from the frontline! We wouldn’t even need to put boots on the ground! We need to show Russia that they’re not just fighting Ukraine anymore!

MOSCOW, Dec 7 (Reuters) - The Kremlin on Sunday welcomed U.S. President Donald Trump's new national security strategy and said it largely accorded with Russia's own perceptions, the first time that Moscow has so fulsomely praised such a document from its former Cold War foe.
