Excited to see this work out in final form. This work stems from 5+ years of testing in patients and remains ongoing. Many muscle biopsies collected and would not be possible with incredible collaborators from @UFSurgery @UFVascular.

Happy to see this in final form! Here - we aimed to develop a better test for preclinical PAD models and the approach involves 6 mins of isotonic contractions coupled with simultaneous laser Doppler perfusion analysis. Suggestions for improvement welcomed!.
A new 6-min limb function test mimics clinical 6MWT, measuring muscle work & blood flow. It outperforms traditional measures in detecting treatment effects, with implications for identifying new #PAD therapies. #JACCBTS #cvPAD @TerenceRyan_PhD
