"with shops closing and new flats plastering the streets, Dear Old Thing feels like one of the last bastions of Old Bristol. It’s slightly chaotic, completely welcoming and absolutely full of character." And it's not too far from Totterdown to West Street... @Totterdown_

Good to see this for Totterdown & other parts of the city. The hubs would -increase the risk of criminal activity both at the hub sites and in the areas close to them -cause harm to the character and appearance, and the amenity of the area "all the appeals should be dismissed"

"Much of the consternation in Totterdown is around a plan to install a bus gate just under the railway bridge on St Luke’s Road" for "one sporadic bus". Most drivers will have to use the already busy St John’s Lane & Wells Rd. 🤔 Will a double decker fit under the railway bridge?

On Nextdoor: if anyone sees a slightly scraggly (but very well fed) black cat with some thinning patches of fur along or around St Luke’s Crescent he’s just suffering with a bit of eczema at the moment and is being treated by his vet. He’s not lost or neglected 😁 @Totterdown_
