The saga of the Baltic Wharf Caravan Park on the Floating Harbour continues. There is an application to remove the Affordable Housing obligation being heard next Monday by Development Control Committee B. We have submitted these question and statement to the committee: 1/2.

'Baltic Wharf - Biodiversity Gain Plan (10 April 2025) information request' via @whatdotheyknow . To replace the trees lost to this development, 107 more trees need to be planted (in addition to the 162 already agreed) to avoid a net loss of biodiversity.
