My comically long microwave nightmare came to a superb resolution thanks to @Lowes stepping up with store credit while LG has slow-walked honoring the warranty. Putting our thanksgiving in GE’s hands. LG gets the bird.

Great news! A MONTH after I filed a claim under warranty @LGUSSupport LG Electronics now moving forward with exchanging the default appliance. I can’t wait to hear back in UP TO 14 business days about then SCHEDULING a replacement. So I miss Thanksgiving. Stellar customer service

I’m on day 24 of a nonfunctional @LGUS microwave-7 months old when the insides started to smoke. Told it would be replaced (under warranty) but all @LGUSSupport - which had me cut up & FedEx model and serial # sticker - could care less and is hamstringing @Lowes
Still nothing from @LGUS hopefully @LGUSSupport can remedy this issue. I can’t return the microwave to Lowe’s because your LG team asked me to cut up the label and FedEx it. Which I did promptly. Now ghosted !

Jumped through multiple hoops since 10/27 to accommodate @LGUS weird step-by-step request to replace my dead microwave, bought at @Lowes, including doing a live-video in my kitchen with their warranty team and having to cut up and fed-ex an appliance label. Only to get this:
