Starts with us. Coaches, set the standard. Model what you want your players to be. Show up early, stay late. Bring energy to every drill, everyday. When your players see the standard you set for yourself, they will rise up to meet that standard. #NoEasyWay #HardWork.

100% accurate. Running fast does not always equate to playing fast. Be a football player who works on playing the game faster and focus on how you need to improve at that. It is different for everyone.
Linebackers:. You can run a 4.5 and still play slow. It’s all about eyes, angles, and technique. Speed means nothing if you can’t PLAY.
