Can human immune organoids induce a de novo B cell response from scratch? A human PBMC sample can have both naïve and memory B cells directed against H1N1. We removed memory cells and induced germinal center and antibody response from naive cells! Read @SinghLabGT's new work!.

Good read @ImmunityCP: @victora_lab provides insight into the binding behavior of B cells in recall germinal centers, suggesting a balance between antibody-mediated feedback & memory from T helper cells! Framework applicability in humans to be determined!
