Check out our first preprint! Together with @RichardKoche @CMskcc we show that MYCN amplicon structure is not only determined by local enhancers , as shown by @ScacheriLab @CellCellPress but that chimeric amplicons can recruit distal enhancers leading to enhancer hijacking.
