Can’t believe it’s Dr. Sketch’s last day in the lab. One of the big reasons i went into interventional cardiology. One of the best people I know in all aspects of his life. Thank you for everything!

⭐️Look for #SCAD but not all ACS in young women is SCAD. ⭐️Cath is gold standard. ⭐️CT has utility: prox vessels, long term follow-up (healing compared to athero) but does not replace cath. Visible dissection on CT is the minority of cases! Need more data. @marysia_tweet
