We just had a raid in St. Paul where SPPD helped, refused to identify themselves, and used rubber bullets and chemical deterrents on concerned community members, in the vicinity of our schools and rec centers. These violent raids rip apart families and endanger communities.

Was there any consideration about the damage to the community if you leaned in to those accusations? Especially when so many were so flimsy.

I will miss @melvincarter3 unabashed cheerleading for Saint Paul. He grew up at my kids' school & visited every year. They felt respect and love from him. I love the investments in youth activities + fee free libraries. My family is safer now than when we moved to STP in 2016.

the safety lights in dinkytown are the work of robin wonsley, and both linea palmisano and elizabeth shaffer have complained about it, so it's funny to see their ally the mayor championing @robin4mpls delivering for ward 2!
