Example of #CTO LAD reattempt-referral with previous coiling to LAD.　This case is controversial in terms of adaptation.#TDADR proximally was successful, but distal LAD TL was damaged by UB3 in IVUS. Distal #TDADR was needed; Tip injection confirmed TL, but GW could not cross the
