ライブ後に問い合わせがあったROTA中のslow flowの予防と改善に使っているモンスターカクテルの組成です。少しコツがありますが、slow flow対策では最強です。血圧や脈拍管理からかなり解放されます。普通にROTAされる術者ならペーシングもいらなくなるはずです。。。あくまでも個人の見解です。

My suggestion for changing the “rotaburr entrapment algorithm” is to use knuckle wire technique (KWT) to create space and allow release of the burr. I suggest using KWT before “cut-shaft” strategies. @esbrilakis @rotamonster
