Today, SLTA in a hurriedly arranged meeting with UK Deposit Management Organisation following the Welsh Govt accelerating plans on its own DRS scheme, diverging from the rest of the UK with the inclusion of glass, something the Scottish Government was also keen to do previously!.

On Saturday we had an awful customer dine with us who had one of our team members in tears. Acting like a man child due to his Apple pay not working. Today I received this lovely email which goes on to threaten a bad reveiw. When can we have a reveiw page for bad customers?

Bad news. However situation is worse in Scotland. Unlike England and Wales licensed hospitality has never had significant rates relief. We are rated differently than rest of UK - Our Rateable values are higher.
100,000 jobs lost across the economy since January - 60,000 fewer people employed in hospitality.
