So excited to see this out and to welcome Jake as the FIRST Ackerman lab postdoc!! Thanks to Cody for his stellar mentorship!.
I am excited for our most recent publication led by Jake Brandt (now postdoc with @SD_Ackerman). Jake's work reveals spontaneous activity in DRG glia in the early phases of its assembly. Interestingly to us, a part of the activity was dependent on mechanical channels. š§µš.
