The last 4 yrs, I've seen
@wutrain
's little 1s grow up & get to watch her lead as a mom. Bringing her little ones to meetings & events, juggling work & kids like every parent! This should be the norm & I feel lucky that I've seen her style of motherhood & leadership in action.
I know it’s still relatively rare to see working moms in positions of power, and we may not be used to seeing kids in those spaces. But that’s also the reason why we have such archaic laws that make it hard for everyone to balance work and family.
