Michael's story https://t.co/hP6IYOxITT of a dx following at risk monitoring follows his inclusion in the first presymp #C9orf72 drug trial out of MGH for barcinitab in 2023. He had to have a high inflammatory profile to be enrolled. And now he has been dx a few years later.
Check out this study that reinforces the hypothesis that neuroinflammation plays a key role in ALS disease progression and highlights the potential of antigen-specific therapeutic strategies. Read the paper here: https://t.co/htqxwyvAHu
