Trump has said just about everything on Ukraine. This tracks w/ a logic that Putin refuses to deal, Trump blames Ukraine (not the first time) & walks away or accepts Putin terms.
If this is accurate, it’s a terrible mistake and once again at odds with the president’s own statements.
