Massie is not the problem.
I offered an amendment to zero out $315 mil. to NED (as did Crane). I voted for Crane’s amendment to zero out NED. When Crane’s amendment to cut NED did not pass, I voted against the final bill which contained the NED funding. At every step, Republicans enabled NED to be funded.
