Politics aside & an un adultererated interpretation of the law i agree with @ProfJNMoyo. s 72, 289 & 293 State can alienate land ( read with LCA ) . including transfer of ownership by the State. The L C A (s17 & 23) empowers leases, sales & deeds 🤷🏾♂️. Nothing hinders private title
