Covid update, I am still struggling but am lucky to have help both medical and otherwise. I struggle mainly through the night due to low oxygen levels. But my wife has been a trooper if you see her thank her for me. I have decided to use supplemental oxygen at night let's see 🙏

So I got diagnosed with Covid19 yesterday after feeling awful over the weekend. My symptoms are up and down but manageable for now. My doctor seems to given me all known therapies so praying for favorable outcome, third wave Manzi is here alright. Will keep you posted rest time.

Covid update: thank you all for your prayers and advice its all appreciated. I have improved significantly but the road to recovery is long, my lungs feel like they have dirty rug stuffed in then but am on the mend. I took a walk today, short yes but it was wonderful

Covid update: so the last few days by the Grace of God have been better, re the primary symptoms. I still struggle with being out of breathe but that's to be expected I guess. I even managed a 2km walk today, slow but I will take my miles.🏃
