Government already indirectly funds university education through the guarantee on their loans and has arguably made their diplomas less valuable as a result. A tuition free bachelors will become just as useless as a current high school diploma.

Hamas holds a fundamentally religious and jihadist mindset/philosophy, yet their grievances are political and recent in history. Israel desperately wants to frame this as a religious war because the secular west will toss up their hands in that case.

We use veto power in the UN to block resolutions that could have called for peace. We’re sending 100s of millions almost daily because the Israelis demand it for the massive number of airstrikes they are sending. Idk if there’s a case for “complicity in genocide” but the US holds

It’s easy because of Hamas’ views to make their motivations purely religious. Hamas only spawned because the more secular PLO never achieved anything of value for the Palestinians. As with any political body they only practice self preservation and prioritize their own paychecks.
