Loved reading this paper. From my own history of low back pain and now being a coach, one of my biggest pet peeve is when someone calls people lazy when they don’t stick to their advice rather than trying to understand the unique challenges everyone in chronic pain experiences.
Exercise is a first line treatment for chronic low back pain. But failing to consistently adhere to exercise treatment is a very common experience. So what do people with chronic low back pain say are their barriers and enablers to exercise adherence?
