Our work on ICD battery longevity using #PaceMate data. Substantial differences by vendor but gap has narrowed with more recent implants. Also important to note the loss of 2-3 years of longevity with each additional lead so need to consider the need for atrial lead carefully.
How much do your patients value ICD battery longevity? Sooner gen change anyone? 🤔

delayed response to cryoablation of Parahisian PVCs? Patient with 32% PVCs thought my ablation was unsuccessful as PVCs were still happening as I could not give decent lesions due to AH prolongation. 2 months later 1week zio: burden less than 1%. @drpaari @narrowQRS @MarkMarieb
