Wow, granted this is not a common system setup for PFA in the USA but still should give all of us pause about how willing we are to consider PFA in the CTI. But again every system, generator, catheter combination matters. PFA data cannot be extrapolated!.

Interesting to see this type of data for ARVC and flecainide. Maybe CAST trial and the black box warning has some limitations. #EPeeps.
Flecainide use had a favorable safety profile and was associated with a significant reduction in arrhythmic burden in patients with ARVC, irrespective of the underlying genotype or LV involvement. #JACCCEP #EPeeps #cardiomyopathy
