‼️Featured in JCE‼️. Pentaspline PFA lesions can vary by pose and location. Despite non-rotational applications, PV were acutely isolated after PFA. PLA 🌸 applications were irregular, with minimum diameters of 14.9 and 17.7 mm. Roof lesion footprints vary widely. @jskoruth.

‼️Featured in @JCardioEP‼️. The ROTATE trial evaluates the utility of ExTRa Mapping™ system in PeAF. ExTRa Mapping-guided substrate ablation+PVI was a/w nonsig trend towards greater FFAF vs PVI alone. Results sig in patients with large rotational activation areas. @tetsumaK1

The study identified a family with BrS associated with CAV3 variant and mutations in ADRb1 and GRK5- showing that a combination of genetic factors can ⬆️ arrhythmic risk. This supports a polygenic inheritance model, shifting how we think about genetic counseling and patient care.
